Encompass delivers a wide range of services including adult social care and homelessness support.

For this job role, you will be working across the adult social care brokerage and processing teams who manage support requests for service users guided by social services.

In this job role you will:

  • Manage the throughput of work using our internal IT systems
  • Ensure appropriate information matches corresponding support plans
  • Support the investigation of enquiries
  • Enter correct information from Financial Assessments onto client records

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Knowledge of the social care sector and safeguarding legislation
  • A customer-focused approach and corresponding experience
  • The experience and ability to build positive and meaningful relationships
  • The experience and ability to organise and monitor the progression of tasks and activities

  • Performance Related Pay (PRP) - up to 10% of salary
  • 6.5% employers' pension contribution
  • Work from home and the office in Sutton
  • 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
