We have new and exciting opportunities to join our company as a Case Management Officer.

You will be working with Targeted Housing Advisers and a diverse client group to help prevent and relieve homelessness.
You will be communicating in person, telephone and in writing with advisers, clients, internal and external partners and third parties to bring together the tasks set out in Personal Housing Plans that will lead to a successful outcome for your client.
You will be highly organised, be able to multitask, appreciate diversity and be goal oriented. You will need to think on your feet and go above and beyond the norm to support your team in achieving their goals.
You will be working in a busy frontline service with highly motivated colleagues who are helpful and welcoming with a strong work and team ethic.
This is a full time (36 hours per week) post. There is an annual leave entitlement of 23 days plus Bank Holidays.
