We have an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Wellbeing Options Coach.
The postholder will support and coach customers in our early help Wellbeing service, holding a caseload and focusing their interventions in order to empower clients to prevent future homelessness and improve their resilience and wellbeing.
This is a short-term contract lasting until the end of March 2021 with the possibility of extension.
You will have a good understanding of housing options, housing and welfare benefits legislation and training and employment opportunities.
You will be experienced in a similar role and in motivational interviewing techniques as well as other intervention methods.
You should be able to manage your caseload; prioritising and escalating the more complex cases; while taking responsibility for your own development. You will be encouraged to exercise your professional judgement while firmly embedded in a very supportive, close-knit team.
This is a full-time post (36 hours per week), with an annual leave entitlement of 23 days per year calculated pro-rata, plus Bank Holidays.
