We are Encompass LATC

A limited company launched in 2016. We deliver a range of services to the public and private sector. Our primary role is to provide statutory housing and homelessness services and to arrange care and support for vulnerable individuals living in the community.

As a Local Authority Trading Company (LATC), we are owned by Sutton council but are free to operate as a commercial company, providing services to a wider market.

Our LATC delivery model encourages efficiency and cost-effectiveness; local authorities can secure the best value for money while still ensuring the provision of essential services.
