Learning Disabilities Support
We provide housing support on behalf of local authorities for people with a moderate learning disability or learning difficulties.
We enable choice and control to help people stay independent, safe and well so they can stay active and engaged in their communities.
Shared Lives
We manage a bespoke Shared Lives scheme.
We recruit carers who offer their homes and family life to provide a safe place for people to live, have a break or engage in day activities.
We support our carers who work with adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and older people.
Support Brokerage
Our support brokerage service secures outsourced support so that care home placements and domiciliary care can be accessed quickly.
We assist people to find specific care/support packages and provide information about service providers, different types of support available from the statutory, independent and voluntary sector.
Self Funders
We provide an administrative support service for self funders which includes brokerage (finding the right services) and processing (help with managing bills and invoices).
Getting the right service at the right time is important in supporting choice and in helping to maintain independence for as long as possible.

The scheme works in accordance with the Health & Social Care Act 2008 & Regulated Activities regulations 2012 and Care Act 2014. The scheme is registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission to ensure that the scheme meets the regulations and standards required of a registered service and that the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
Care Provider Invoice Processing
We process and pay over 17,000 invoices to social care providers ensuring that payment terms are met and budgets are managed effectively.
Our internal monitoring and reporting ensures delivers compliance and helps us to identify risk.
Direct Payments
Our direct payment service adheres to the requirements of the Care Act.
We also provide guidance, support and administrative services to those who choose to manage the commissioning of their own social care support.
Personal Health Budgets
We are commissioned by the NHS to undertake the administration of personal health budgets allowing local health services to meet their targets.
Our qualified in-house social workers and collaborative relationships with care providers mean that we can ensure adult social care services are impactful and cost effective.
