Existing council tenants can buy their home at a discounted price
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Right to Buy scheme, you must:
- Be a tenant of a local authority or housing association, or have been a local authority tenant when your home was sold to your current landlord for at least three years
- Not live in sheltered or other specialist housing for elderly or disabled people
If you meet these criteria, then you may be eligible for the scheme.

How do i apply?

- Send it to your landlord
